FAQs

How should I feed my bunnies these treats?

These treats are designed as an occasional enrichment snack and should not replace your bunny's primary diet. Always provide fresh unlimited hay and water. Introduce new treats and food gradually and supervise treat time. Remove uneaten treats after extended playtime.

When will I recieve my order?

All treats are made to order and are carefully packaged for freshness and quality. Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. Shippimg time begins once you recieve a notification that your order has shipped and varies by location. Shipping outside of the United States should be expected to take longer due to distance and duty inspections.

Please note: Decorative props such as wooden boards and plates are not included in packaging.

What is your return policy?

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
